Dockmate OEM + Large Dealer Co-Op Program

Program Year: 2026

Eligible Participants: Dockmate OEM Dealers and Brokerage Company dealer locations (including approved divisions)

1) Purpose

Dockmate Co-Op co-funds Dockmate-approved marketing, events, and sponsorships that generate qualified demand and sales through OEM and Broker Company dealer channels, creating a consistent, aligned presence.

2) How Co-Op Is Earned and Used

  • Earned: Based on prior-year net Dockmate invoiced sales (Jan 1 to Dec 31).

  • Used: Only during the Program Year. Unused funds expire Dec 31 (no carryover unless approved in writing).

  • Net Sales: Invoiced sales minus returns, credits, discounts. Excludes freight, taxes, insurance, and third-party fees.

3) Allowance Tiers (Prior-Year Net Sales)

Prior-Year Net Sales

Co-Op %

$0 to $150,000  = 1.0%

$150,000 to $300,000 = 1.25%

$300,000 to $500,000 = 1.5%

$500,000+ = 2.0%

Formula: Prior-Year Net Sales × Co-Op % = Co-Op Allowance

4) Eligible Uses (Dockmate-Approved)

Eligible: boat shows/events/sponsorships, co-branded digital/email/print, in-store/booth signage and displays, approved demo/point-of-sale materials.

Not Eligible: product discounting (unless approved promo), dealer overhead, unapproved giveaways, travel/entertainment without Dockmate deliverables, sponsorships without clear Dockmate branding.

5) Dockmate Participation Levels

  • Level 1: Brand Support (Remote) – co-branded assets, promotion (when applicable), lead capture + follow-up templates.

  • Level 2: Shared Presence – Level 1 + demo materials (as available), remote event support, post-event lead reconciliation + cadence.

  • Level 3: On-Site Sponsorship (Limited) – Levels 1–2 + Dockmate rep attendance (approved), demos/qualification, short dealer enablement session.

Policy: On-site support is limited and scheduled by Dockmate based on ROI, event quality, and regional strategy.

6) Pre-Approval and Claims

  • Pre-approval required (written) before spend. Request must include: event/initiative, dates, locations, budget, amount requested, deliverables/branding, lead capture plan.

  • Claim deadline: within 30 days of event or invoice (whichever is later).

  • Reimbursement requires: proof of payment, invoices/receipts, proof of performance (photos/screenshots/reports), and lead list where applicable.

  • Dockmate reimburses up to the approved amount, not exceeding the dealer’s annual allowance.

7) Sponsorship Share Rule

For Dockmate-approved sponsorships/events, Dockmate contributes up to the dealer’s earned Co-Op allowance for the Program Year. Pooling across multiple MarineMax locations is allowed only with approval.

8) Governance

Dockmate tracks balances by dealer location/account, communicates balances at least quarterly, may update rules with notice, and may deny claims or remove participants for misuse.
